Flexible working
Our hybrid model, Connected Working, combines the best of both worlds – office and home working. With Connected Working, you’ll have two fixed weekly office days dedicated to team collaboration. - 28 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays and half-day closures on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Additionally, you can buy or sell up to five days for other benefits.
