FAQS
What does hybrid working look like at SLR?
At SLR, we recognise one size doesn’t fit all, therefore our hybrid working approach is tailored to what you and your line manager agree is best. Typically, full time employees will be coming into an office 2 or 3 days per week.
What does flexible working look like?
We currently adopt a core hours approach of 10am – 4pm to ensure contact is available for clients. If you need to have flexibility within these hours, this is something you and your line manager can agree together.
What is the reality of consulting re travel to sites / clients?
It is the nature of a consultancy to have to be flexible around client requirements, therefore some of our roles may require regular travel to client sites for extended periods of time. This will be highlighted in the advert if the role entails it.
