Family-friendly and flexible working
Family-friendly policies allow our employees to balance their work and personal lives better. When employees can take care of their families, they can come to work refreshed and ready to be productive. At 4PS, we offer flexible working arrangements, including child-friendly working hours, and the opportunity to work from home, part-time or job sharing. We are committed to providing our employees with the resources and support they need to succeed in their careers and personal lives. Our family-friendly policies and flexible working arrangements are essential to that commitment.
Inclusion matters because it creates a more equitable and just society. At 4PS, we are a team of individuals united by our common goals. We value diversity and celebrate individuality. We are an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, and we encourage employees to be themselves and their unique perspectives with the team. We see diversity as a strength and believe it is essential to our success as a company. Being inclusive makes 4PS a better workplace, and we are proud to have created a workplace where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Personal development is a continuous process essential to our company’s success. We encourage our employees to take advantage of our many opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge. This could be both online and in-person training programmes and valuable opportunities to shadow experienced employees. We’re committed to providing our employees with the resources and support they need to be successful in their careers.
Employees who thrive bring their best selves to work and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. At 4PS, our well-being programme 4PS Life is designed to promote employee health and happiness. It’s just one of the ways that we have committed to creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our employees through a range of activities and initiatives such as menopause awareness, in-office massage, bring-and-share lunches, team-building activities, accredited mental health first aiders and the opportunity to take some time out at the 4PS allotment.

I work full-time as a Software Develop for 4PS, which involves developing software in Microsoft Business Central. My main technical role involves understanding and writing code and keeping updated with new technologies.
As a very busy working mother of four young children, my daily schedule can be very hectic, so working from home gives me a great advantage by saving on travelling time. I love the flexibility of the working hours as it enables me to manage both my home and work demands and balance two important aspects of my daily life.
My colleagues and managers are great to work with and happily offer support and help as we work very closely together. As technology rapidly changed, 4PS offered training, allowing me to learn practically on the job. In addition, at 4PS, there is a good mix of male and female leadership roles, making it a very attractive company to work for.
I like so much about my job as a Project Manager at 4PS. The people, the product, the clients, and the market – all those things combined make it an exciting place to work. Right now, there is much activity and many things going on, which is good because it demonstrates that we are doing well and continue to grow. We’re a busy team, but everyone is really passionate about what they do.
The company ethos is excellent – they take an interest in the people who work for them and think about what a good work-life balance is for everyone. There is much support available, both personally and professionally.
4PS has a fantastic culture. I don’t think there is any single person that isn’t focused or trying their best. It is quite a surprise because that isn’t often the case. I see people working hard and working together, which is surprising but also refreshing, and this is what I like most about the company.
