This event was held on 22nd November 2021
As part of National Older Workers Week, sponsored by QA, will take a look at the results of our candidate survey, presenting the issues older workers are facing. This event aims to give employers an up-to-date view on the current situation, including the impact of Covid, to help them to implement/improve current policies.
It will cover everything from the impact of Covid on self-employment intentions, confidence, promotion and job security to longer term issues such as access to training and career development, perceptions of the recruitment process and longer-term plans.
