Reconciliation Clerk - 12 months FTC/Secondment

What you'll do:
- Ensure that all reconciliations are completed accurately and to agreed deadlines. Prioritise personal work load to enable the reconciliation process to be completed within agreed deadlines.Identify, analyse and take ownership for issues and follow through to resolution escalating as appropriate. Analyse processes within our area to ensure any trends or changes are identified and escalated with a recommended course of actionWork with other teams within both the Billing Team and Sky Support teams to review and improve both internal and external processes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customersUnderstand audit, regulatory and internal controls to ensure that these are completed in a rigorous and timely mannerReview processes within the area to ensure they are fit for purpose and deliver an exceptional customer experience aa well as assisting with initiatives to improve the accuracy of reconciliations and reportingParticipate in ad hoc activities in line with business requirements
What you'll bring:
- Great attention to detail, figure orientated, numerical.Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other applicationsBe proactive in taking ownership of issues.Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Build strong working relationships across multiple teams.
