Sky Creative is Sky's European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.

 

The hub will consist of an in-house capability and a matrix of external agency and post production partners.

This producer role will be accountable for the production and delivery of AV promotions & AV based presentation deliverables required for the German local market. This is an individual with specialist experience in this disciple, with the ability to deliver complex & high volume deliverables in a fast pace environment.

 

What you'll do:

 

  • Liaise with German stakeholders & media planners for monthly promo briefings.Liaise with Hub broadcast team & German stakeholders & teams to coordinate secondary event / presentation requirements month by month.Mange the briefing & allocations process with external vendors.Oversee the internal approval process of promotions with creative director.Oversee the external approval process where required with German stakeholders. Actively manage the monthly agreed scope of work/make list with vendors to ensure we stay within scope & budget and manage up to the exec producer when any bottlenecks or scope creeps arise. Manage & take ownership of all pre-delivery checks required for promotions (via vendors or internally).Oversee all delivery processes.Regular burn reporting to the exec producer & head of commercial ops

What you'll bring:

 

  • Fluent in German and English 4yrs + production experience across promotions and/or broadcast.Passion for creative and the creative processThorough financial grounding with a proven ability to budget, cost save, track and reportAbility to Manage production process and its various stages of sign-offSelf-sufficient and able to work alone, but good at managing up to the Exec producerAbility to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment, driving projects from brief to delivery with a calm and professional approach.Ability to foster excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners and colleaguesProven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team, inspirational leadershipCan do attitude, problem solving mindset.Confident in senior level meetings with stakeholder management Great communicator - ability to present clear and coherent narratives in a confident manner. Technical knowledge and understanding of creative processes and broadcast delivery.
