"This is an exciting opportunity in the Reference Data team within Change Delivery supporting technical delivery of customer communications ('Trans Comms'). As a Delivery Analyst you'll take responsibility for translating business requirements into technical changes and see these through to delivery. You'll be supporting some of the most important projects within Sky as well as operational BAU.We generate over 130 million account and service communications to our customers each year and you will share our passion for the quality of these: from delivery of new communications, improving those we already send, to fixing live issues - all whilst improving how we get these changes delivered." - Analysis & Readiness ManagerWhat you'll do:
- Analysis and delivery of high quality changes to our customer comms; documenting functional requirements and taking ownership of technical solutions to meet business requirements.Build strong relationships around the business to support change and ensure that the right changes are made at the right time.Work closely with technology and the wider Reference Data team to get changes delivered.Support, analyse and guide delivery for stakeholders and projects.Champion the voice of the customer and the team, challenging solutions and requirements to ensure the best customer experience, the best change for Sky, and the best change for the team.Track and manage requests and changes, including approvals, timelines and status reporting. Support production issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of detailed requirement documentation and working with technology or data would be advantageous.The ability to communicate and collaborate confidently across all levels of the business.Experience of the project delivery lifecycle.High level of attention to detail and adherence to standards. Excellent written skills and use of English language.The ability to think like a customer: experience of customer journeys and customer touchpoints. Excellent planning and organisational skills.A self-starter attitude with a proactive and positive approach to delivering change and ways to improve the way you and your team works.
