The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for handling the Sports revenue target utilising acquisition and the lapsed base, the customer lifecycle as well as transaction volumes. The role requires a collaborative individual to work cross functionally with the Data Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations to deliver campaigns and sales journeys across multiple customer touchpoints to increase ARPU, tenure and products per customer.

What you'll do:

* Deliver accurate forecasting across the NOW Sports Month Membership, NOW Sports Day Membership and NOW Sports Mobile Membership. KPI's Raising any risks and opportunities to these KPI's as part of the budget, quarterly planning, and in-quarter.
* Take ownership and drive the use of innovation and automation across forecasting, reporting and analysis
* Develop effective sales and offer plans for prospect and lapsed customers, saves journey and cross-sell for the NOW Sports Month Membership
* Manage a software budget to deliver targeted offers with the objective of driving incremental sales and product attach
* Work with media, marketing, partnerships, and e-commerce teams to agree content priorities, product focus and forecasts
* Find innovative ways to drive growth across various RTM by understanding the levers that improve performance

What you'll bring:

* Ideally have experience working for subscription or Sports business
* Excellent commercial acumen and highly experienced in producing intricate forecasts
* Collaboration is intrinsically a part of how you work
* You are a self-starter with strong bias for action
* Strong communicator both written and oral
* Intermediate/advanced excel and power point capabilities
* Skilled at planning and prioritisation
