The Customer Communications Experience Team is an award-winning specialist team of customer engagement pioneers. We create enhance & deliver Sky's customer communications with value as our driving force. Join the team's Delivery Management function, responsible for guiding Sky's campaign owners through the end-to-end delivery of their 121 marketing campaigns.

 


What you'll do:

 

* Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery management of comms campaigns (e.g., email, direct mail, SMS etc.), overseeing delivery of campaigns from the kick-off / briefing session through to successful deployment & any issue resolution.
* Collaborate and engage with multiple departments (Sky Creative, Data Teams, Trading Performance, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Digital) to drive delivery & mitigate delays.
* Use Workfront (our resource management tool) to track every campaign's status, and keep people informed. Also use the tool to report on reasons for change, delay, and completion of delivery.
* Collaborate with the rest of the Delivery Management team to ensure consistency and continual improvement within the function.
* Act as product owner for One Brief, the tool that the marketing community use to brief all comms campaigns (managing updates & improvements with the 3rd party supplier).
* Team administration (i.e. People Portal management of contractors and invoice processing on Ariba).

 


What you'll bring:

 

* Great communication skills - whether verbal, written or presentation - communication is key.
* Excellent time management skills - you'll have the ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns at any given time. These could all be at varying stages, so you'll need to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Good understanding of delivering customer comms - particularly connected, multi-channel experiences (& in Adobe Campaign or similar is desirable).
* The ability to work at pace and a resilient nature, being able to adapt to changing business needs & knowing the best & most appropriate way to support sometimes conflicting priorities.
* The ability to build and maintain strong working relations with stakeholders and have a collaborative and positive attitude
