The role will support the full communications needs of the business and would suit someone with a broad mix of communications experience, particularly those with a media or marketing background. 

You’ll support our global offshore wind business, which is responsible for the successful management and delivery of a pipeline of more than 15 GW of offshore wind projects, the origination of new opportunities and partnerships, as well as the provision of asset management and advisory services to third party investors.

In this newly created role, you will form part of the operations team reporting into the Head of Business Operations, working closely with the CEO, the Management team – and collaborate with a wider group of stakeholders across the business.

You will maintain a sound understanding of the business’ activities, manage media relations, content marketing, digital channels, events, and other internal and external stakeholder communications. This will include developing relationships with external agencies and managing day-to-day external stakeholder interactions.

To be successful in this role, you will have five or more years of experience of working directly in an external communication role - experience in the infrastructure or renewable energy sectors would be advantageous. You will possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of the team. The role will be part of a highly collaborative team building exceptional relationships with their internal and external stakeholders. Your credibility, relationship building, and communication skills will be critical for your success in this role.
