The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplined team working alongside other IT Security focused teams to provide a rapid response to security risks and concerns arising from our vigorous testing and security monitoring activities. The nature of the role will result in varied workload across many areas of technology and business areas.

The person we're looking for is highly motivated, has excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain flexible to short notice requirements. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work well and remain calm under pressure in a demanding service role.

The role;

The successful candidate will manage a team of 5 staff consisting of Network Engineers, Server Engineers and Cloud Engineers providing resource planning, delivery of projects, staff management, allocation of tasks, agreeing timescales for delivery, attending meetings, ensuring operational processes are fully adopted and adhered to for Request Management, Incident Management and Change Management.

- Proven ability to deliver change in a large corporate environment will be a significant - advantage.
- Have proven staff management skills.
- Have resource planning and project delivery skill sets.
- Have proven communication skills at all levels.
- Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
