An opportunity has arisen for a reward professional to join our Reward Governance function in London.  The role will be a key contributor for aspects of governance including remuneration regulation, policy governance and projects across the region (14 regulated entities, c.2100 employees). The team currently consists of the Head of Reward Governance EMEA, Reward Manager and a Reward Executive.

You will report to the Head of Reward Governance EMEA, and you will utilise your prior experience in remuneration regulation in the region with focus on UK, Ireland, France and Luxembourg requirements for banks, investment firms and asset managers.  You will manage the policy governance for the regulated entities in the region including support for local boards and remuneration committee(s) and implementing changes to comply with new and/or revised regulations.  Other responsibilities may include reporting requirements (e.g. regulatory disclosures, gender pay gap) and ad hoc projects such as corporate acquisitions, integrations and divestitures.  There are opportunities to present to EMEA senior leaders, work closely with your immediate team members, counterparts in regional and global HR teams and with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and business functions.

You will have proven experience and expertise in the area of remuneration, governance or regulation in the region, in particular strong technical expertise in CRD V, IFPR/IFD and the ability to grasp and distil complex and technical issues quickly and effectively.  You will be a confident communicator, relationship builder and stakeholder manager. You will be an accountable team member who shares knowledge and creates the environment for the team and others to develop and succeed.
