In joining the Global OTT Product team, you will shape, lead and support a wide portfolio of exciting new initiatives to enhance our products and deliver a world class experience to our customers across the world.


What you'll do:

* Reporting to the Head of OTT Product Quality, you'll help Sky build on the quality of its propositions across different markets
* Aggregate and distribute regular quality and reliability insights to the leadership team, including monitoring of KPIs
* Drive analysis and fix of underlying issues across the business (Product, Technology, Finance, Proposition, Commercial)
* Monitor and report on progress of remediation activities
* Institute new measures to help improve the quality of our data
* Help create business cases to support & prioritise quality improvement initiatives
* Build, maintain and own excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders


What you'll bring:

* A structured and rigorous approach to solving problems. Thoroughness and attention to detail, supported by a strong analytical and visualization skillset
* Ability to understand, summarise and communicate complex issues and recommendations to stakeholders up to the Exec level
* The confidence and ability to challenge existing thinking
* A self-starter, you'll have a track record of delivering initiatives in dynamic, cross-functional and matrixed environments
* A talent for building great relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Ideally 2-4 years' experience in Consultancy, Strategy or Product roles - preferably working on products relating to digital video or OTT.

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
