What you'll do:

 

- Work within our Product Compliance team, with key responsibilities in the following areas:
- Prepare and verify Safety Critical User Documentation that will accompany our UK and EU products
- Ensure that product Packaging, Labelling and Markings meet UK and EU regulations
- Work with our website teams to publish mandatory product information online
- Drive continuous improvement of Sky's product compliance process
- Create and maintain knowledge articles on documentation standards and guidance for Sky design teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Effectively communicate requirements to product teams, so we get it right first time, especially when requirements are changing

 


What you'll bring:

 

- A meticulous, diligent, and honest approach to your work, with a good eye for detail when proof reading documentation
- An excellent understanding of English language and grammar
- Strong communication skills & proven ability to co-ordinate work across multiple teams
- Competent experience using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Ideally - Experience of creating user documents for electrical and electronic consumer products
- Ideally - Knowledge of EU Low Voltage, Electro Magnetic Compatibility, Radio Equipment and EcoDesign Directives
- Ideally - Basic knowledge of a second language / different grammatical structure, ideally German and/or Italian
