An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic HR professional to join Macquarie as a HR Advisor in London, supporting all business groups across EMEA.

The role will be one of three supporting 5 London-based HR Business Partners who look after all staff (approx. 2,000) across EMEA.  You will be aligned to specific areas of the business, and provide back up for the other HR Advisors, so your exposure will be region wide.  In the role you will have responsibilities associated with a broad range of advisory and generalist activities, including mobility, talent management, learning and development, employee relations and HR operations.  This is an excellent career move for anyone wanting to grow their HR skills within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

You will have prior experience working with staff across all levels and will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.  You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills coupled with a keen interest in HR.   You will have an ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction.   You will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.   You will ideally have 24 months’ experience in a HR role in a professional services environment.

The Human Resources Division supports Macquarie's businesses by seeking to attract, recruit, reward and retain the best people. The division provides a range of global consulting and operational expertise across the organisation that is aligned with business strategy.

We facilitate a range of flexible working arrangements within our teams. Talk to us about what flexibility may be available.
