What you'll do:
- Ensuring the shop is fully managed and delivering against key metrics and core KPISBe responsible for supporting our Team Leaders and Advisors through effective coaching and development conversationsEnsuring all equipment and products within the shop are working and maintained to be at its bestThrough your expertise, you will make recommendations to improve interactions to give the best experience our customersDirectly support Sales Advisors and Team Leaders to help embed knowledge of sales and system processesDeliver through people by creating a positive culture of fun and excitement by delivering through their own unique personalityBe responsible for stock ordering and the management of stockWork with stakeholders to improve things through fresh ideas and perspective (people & customer)
What you'll bring:
- Excellent communication skills, listening and questioningA passion for developing people through effective coaching, people development and people managementA passion for customer excellence and the ability to showcase outstanding serviceAbility to help others to deliver against sales targets and customer metricsA commercially focused leader who puts their people and their customers at the heart of everything they doUnderstanding of Profit &Loss, customer performance and/or other commercial KPI'SExperience running a successful Retail Shop, whilst keeping all products and maintaining equipment to their bestExperience of bringing plans and ideas to lifeAn excellent understanding of how to drive performance in a competitive market
