The role will support the Contracts Management team on contractual negotiations and all related processes, across Sky Sports' portfolio of Outside Broadcast, 3rd Party and Connectivity suppliers. The role will be a key point of contact, building relationships with key suppliers and all relevant internal touchpoints. The role is required to understand editorial and broadcast rights requirements and to support the communication of new supplier agreements to internal stakeholders.

 

What you'll do:

  • Help draft RFP documents, Contract Summaries, Orders and Service Level agreements
  • Build strong relationships with all suppliers and understand their product and service roadmaps
  • Support the resource and planning process with communication and handover of key contract terms to Production team
  • Build and maintain event specifications in TM1 (planning and budgeting system) for the Production team. Manage Ariba (finance/procurement system) catalogue updates
  • Deliver contractual amendments and renewals as required and ensure suppliers agree to Sky's policies and T&Cs as they are amended
  • Ownership of the team's contractual trackers documents

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in sports television production and an understanding of the key suppliers in the outside broadcast space desirable
  • Experience in contract negotiations and/or contract management desirable
  • Ability to meet objectives within prescribed time scales, organised and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills

Balance deep work with meeting diary and administrative responsibilities
