Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Business Partner

Location: Telford / Woking

Working Pattern: Full time or Part Time considered (WFH initially)

An overview of the role Capgemini’s Relaunch Programme is aimed at supporting talented professionals back into the business by providing a tailored 6-month programme to help refresh and update existing skills as well as developing confidence. We understand that you won’t necessarily match every requirement on the job description but will have some relevant previous experience and a wiliness to learn and further develop your skills in this area. If you have had a career break of 1 ½ years or beyond, for whatever reason, we would love to hear from you.

To support Capgemini through its current hyper-growth period, the Early Careers Recruitment Business Partner will be joining a wider team of 12 within this function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end candidate journey, running assessment centres and associated administrative tasks.

To date, we have had an incredible year with around 500 graduates & apprentices joining Capgemini into technical, technology consulting and business focussed roles - breaking previous years’ records.

Initially, this role will be remote based working. When we are ready to head back into our offices (Telford or Woking), we will take a hybrid approach consisting of home and office-based work.

Why this role?

  • You will work as part of a collaborative recruitment team to help deliver the Capgemini UK apprentice and graduate recruitment.
  • Manage and execute full-lifecycle recruiting processes for all job requisitions for assigned functions. This includes sourcing and screening applicants, advising managers on hiring decisions, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Organising and facilitating assessment days
  • Build excellent relationships with our UK-based recruitment support team
  • Create and deliver innovative attraction and engagement solutions to support hard to fill roles and locations
  • Help the wider graduate & apprentice recruitment and programme team as required

Our recruitment team of 12 spans across our UK locations. 2021 is our largest recruitment year to date, with around 500 joining Capgemini into technical, technology consulting and business roles. We aspire to widen our proposition to the business areas we support and hire the best talent onto client projects.

Why you?

  • Experience working in an end to end recruitment role, ideally within the graduate recruitment industry, but this is not a prerequisite
  • Proven experience working with a recruitment database
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient user of MS Office software
  • Someone who is agile and can adapt to change and to work within a fast-paced environment or organisation
  • A team player but also able to work autonomously
  • Passion for social media and appetite to grow your internal and external brand
