What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities and strong problem-solving capabilities, working with stakeholders to understand requirements in the face of unexpected and urgent business needs.Be the owner of all projects and manage the full life cycle of them including briefing, project management, stakeholder management, agency management for outsourced material and financesWork with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand key messages and target audience's training needs, ensuring learner engagement.Communicate expectations, workstack and responsibilities clearly and professionally and oversee the completion of tasks and the workflow of the studioImplement and streamline new processes to ensure higher quality and faster outputLine manage a Studio Coordinator and a Workflow Analyst, providing support and coaching and day-to-day management

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in an agency environment and a knowledge of design production processes, as well as short and long term project planningMeticulous attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise on changing project deadlinesExperience in daily and longer-term project planning including stakeholder management, creative review sessions, timelines etcStrong people and line management skillsProactive and drivenAbility to interpret briefs and business requirements.
