This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant looking to apply their existing knowledge to a new exciting role on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to be a permanent role.  This is a fast-paced position requiring a positive, confident, and proactive approach for someone who can work quickly and productively in a pressurised environment.

Our Financial Management Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their busy London team. 

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: extensive calendar management across multiple time zones for several Directors, organising large scale meetings, managing conflicts and booking rooms/catering; travel management, from obtaining flight/hotel quotes and preparing approval documentation through to managing approvals and booking the travel; processing purchase orders and invoices on Coupa; processing monthly Amex / expense claims in Concur; assistance with preparation of documentation for meetings as required; and assisting with PowerPoint presentations

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 7 years work experience within a fast-paced, financial environment in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role.  You will have advanced Outlook experience and be able to manage several calendars, working across different time zones; coupled with: an excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook; exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills; strong ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordingly; proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs of team members and act as necessary; good judgement and discretion on confidential matters; and working as part of a team.
