A unique opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join us as a Business Partner in our London office supporting the Macquarie Capital Group.

Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.  This role will support our Infrastructure & Energy, Principal Finance and Equities businesses.

As part of the wider HR team both regionally and globally, you will be responsible for the delivery of an ambitious people agenda that is aligned with the broader commercial strategy.  This role will encompass a diverse range of HR activities and will utilize your experience across all elements of the employee lifestyle. There is also significant opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of strategic initiatives and demonstrate your personal leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a matrixed, international environment. You will have a successful track record in a similar role gained within investment banking, private equity, a renewables developer or an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business.  You will also be experienced in the UK market, and given the remit of the role, exposure to other European countries would be desirable.

If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
