We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Identity team at the start of a significant period of growth. You'll be a team player who will actively contribute to helping us deliver key capabilities across multiple strategic programmes within Sky.

 


What you'll do:

 

- Work with cross-functional teams to manage individual project deliverables that feed into Portfolio roadmap
- Manage risks and issues with updates and escalations to senior management when required, to mitigate impact and raise early awareness to avoid escalations
- Effective project reporting including maintaining appropriately detailed project plans and reporting on progress to ensure changes are known and understood
- Manage scope, governance and change control for project deliverables
- Provide leadership across multiple teams by motivating to achieve project milestones and monitoring project performance
- Support PMO through accurate financial estimation and forecasting

 


What you'll bring:

 

- Demonstrable project management experience, driving agile delivery planning and managing multiple complex plans across numerous teams
- Strong people management skills, particularly managing people without direct line management to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Strong ability to recognise and plan for interdependencies and constraints within project deliverables and problem solve effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to facilitate and influence at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills, ensuring clarity of plans and deliverables
- Ability to communicate complex messages and land them succinctly
