We’re looking for strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. This team often operates under tight deadlines and so resilience and time management are also important attributes for this role. You will be working in a diverse team across multiple geographical locations in a fast-paced, challenging environment. To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual, possess excellent communication skills, exceptional problem solving skills and intellectual curiosity.

Role responsibilities:

Working as part of an Agile team, collaborating closely with colleagues across geographic locations & time zones to achieve a common goal. Analysing technical, business and regulatory requirements, implementing regulatory solutions and remediation across EMEA regulations, notably EMIR & MiFID II. Defining and documenting functional requirements. Creating user stories, working closely with stakeholders such as developers and testers to ensure requirements are delivered in a timely manner. We require the successful candidate to challenge, innovate and help drive delivery and help shape our technical direction.
