Are you an innovative and collaborative strategy consultant looking to hone your skills in a dynamic and diverse business environment? This is the role for you.

The Business Improvement and Strategy (BIS) division provides strategic advice and expertise to all of our divisions. BIS helps businesses deliver programs for business unit growth and operational effectiveness. It also supports major transactions and is responsible for facilitating our annual corporate strategy process.

The BIS team offers consultants significant personal and professional development opportunities; working with a high caliber team in a flat team structure that builds significant engagement with senior management and creates a unique blend of consulting work with deep business involvement. The role offers long term career progression in BIS or can be used as a springboard into other areas.

About you

You will come from a top tier consulting background and have had some experience in leading-edge financial services. You will have a high-quality degree and be able to demonstrate a strong consulting toolkit with a minimum of three years relevant consulting experience, gained across multiple engagements and industries.  Experience on data and/or digital engagements is also desirable.  As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work on a range of internal consulting engagements that span strategy development, revenue enhancement, operational efficiency and organisation design, and be comfortable working directly with Director and Managing Director-level supervisors and clients. You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with senior and junior internal clients from day one.
