Want to do the best work of your life? Make your mark at Europe's leading entertainment brand. Our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work - a place where you can be yourself and let your skills shine.

"We want to make it as easy to buy and pay for our great content as possible - and we know that to do that, we need to sell on our customer's terms, as well as our own. Central to that is our ecosystem and telco partnerships, where we sell our TV passes via a customer's mobile phone bill, set-top box or preferred device. It's a new and exciting area that we want to grow globally - for both Sky and our sister company NBCU's Peacock streaming proposition. If you want a new challenge, want to put your mark on something, love working collaboratively and have an interest in distribution - this could be the role for you" - David Ross, Head of Product - Subscriptions & Payments

What you'll do:

- Lead onboarding of new billing partners for all global markets - from billing ecosystem partners in the UK, to major telcos in Germany and media brands in the US, it will be your job to ensure that all partners are being managed and guided through our onboarding processes
- Establish and run an operating model for how different global teams use our Partner Gateway capability to enhance their distribution and develop a partnership according to commercial deals
- Lead on managing our major ecosystem partners (inc. Apple, Amazon, Google), as well working with these partners and our businesses to drive innovation and delivery of new features
- Expanding our ecosystem capabilities across markets, - our ambition is to have equal opportunities for customers in any market to purchase our products when and where they want
- Be the main point of contact for third parties that we work with to enable billing partnerships, ensuring that onboarding of partners is running to plan, and then any new development on our side is correctly managed with these vendors
- Build great relationships with our commercial, partnerships and data teams - understanding their priorities and how the capabilities in our team can help support the delivery of them
- Help set up reporting and define targets, so we can ensure our Products are used and optimised in a data-driven way
- Provide support for strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product leads within the wider Product Group, in our eCommerce, and Marketing teams

What you'll bring:

- A passion for media and technology - it's at the core of everything we do and are as a team
- The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging
- Great communication skills and the confidence to lead discussion in forums with a mix of internal and external stakeholders of different levels
- Good balance of product, technical and project management skills; including the ability to manage external vendors, basic understanding of back-end technology, ability to define and manage requirements, run workshops and design and govern processes
- Relevant 2-3 years work experience as a Product Owner and/or a Project Manager in a commercial environment
- Relevant work experience in media, or experience working in technology, a marketing team (including eCommerce), project management or Consulting
- Competency / fluency in other European languages, especially German and / or Italian (desirable, not mandatory)
