Our Founder and CEO, Manoj Varsani, is a technology expert and a landlord. Landlords often manage their property finances with a mix of low-tech solutions. At Hammock we are changing this by making the latest developments in FinTech available to the property sector.

Our Marketing Team is central to spreading the word about Hammock and to nurturing prospective customers all the way to conversion. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to deliver the agreed digital and e-commerce KPI’s, and support the overall growth of the business. You will take ownership of the digital journey of our users, focusing on maximising conversion and engagement and you will act as subject matter expert within the Marketing team. We are a small team and this is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to shape our acquisition approach, from strategy to execution all the way through hypothesis building and A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Key acquisition KPI’s: user growth, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, cost per acquisition, ROAS
  • Develop A/B testing hypotheses and expected test results
  • Oversee implementation of tags and tracking with Google Tag Manager and management of pixels
  • Implement and execute tests using tools across the Google Analytics suite
  • Track performance and report on KPI’s (acquisition, traffic, engagement)
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team

Skills & Abilities:

  • Both in-house or agency experience welcome (a mix of the two a plus)
  • Proven track record in delivering high-growth plans in an online business (including examples of successful growth-hacking experience)
  • Familiarity with creating and developing attribution and ROI models
  • Experience with Wordpress, CRM systems, email and marketing automation platforms
  • Good understanding of marketing KPI’s and campaign performance analytics
  • Strong numeracy and data analysis skills, coupled with the ability to produce actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience in technical web analytics with a track record in implementing best in class A/B testing processes
  • Working commercial experience with web analytics tools, advertising pixels and A/B testing tools

Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more experience in an E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing role
  • Business Study Degree preferred not essential
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS business
  • Previous experience in FinTech or PropTech a plus
