Multi Skilled Plasterer, Painter and Decorator
Contract type: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week
Location: West region - West Neighbourhood covering Slough and surrounding locations
Salary: Starting from £15.55 per hour (GBP 32,357pa rising to GBP 33,327pa following successful completion of 6 months' probation) plus benefits

L&Q are looking for experienced and customer focused Multi Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join the in-house Maintenance Team covering our West Region, West Neighbourhood including Uxbridge, Hounslow, Slough and Twickenham postcodes. The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first-time attitude.
Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
- Working knowledge of a building and/or housing environment
- Able to deliver excellent customer service (essential)
- Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications (or qualified by experience)
- Able to use a PDA (hand-held device) and on occasion a computer
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
· Patch and repairs in large areas
· Bond and set
· Plaster boarding
· Painting and decorator
· Additional trades desirable
