Recruitment Assistant - Band 3

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable recruitment professional to support the delivery of an efficient & effective recruitment/onboarding service for Bromley Healthcare for both substantive & bank staff recruitment.

You will work alongside the Recruitment Apprentice, & Resourcing & Contingent Staffing Manager with regards to the TRAC recruitment system ensuring compliance to the Bromley Healthcare recruitment process and NHS pre-employment checks.

To be successful in this role you will need to will have NHS recruitment experience and be familiar with NHS pre employment checks and be a competent user of the Trac recruitment system and the ESR system. You will also have excellent administration, organisation and customer service skills.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point, applicants from outside the NHS will receive the start point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms & conditions.
