Scottish Returner Programme - Return with Resilience

  • Are you a woman over 50 and/or transitioning through the menopause?
  • Were you previously working in either financial services or engineering?
  • Have you taken a career break of at least six months?
  • Would you like to get back into the world of work?

Perhaps you’ve lost your confidence, maybe you’re unsure as to how your employment sector in Scotland has changed, if you’ve been out of work for a while.

You need ‘Return with Resilience’, a free Scottish Government funded employability programme.

Return with Resilience will run across February and March 2021 and be delivered virtually in collaboration with our consultancy partners ‘The People Portfolio’ and ‘Mind & Mission’.

You’ll join four virtual employability skills workshops, with a small group of women with similar goals to you. You will receive help and guidance to brush up on your employability skills such as CV writing, interview skills and job search strategies.

You’ll also receive mental fitness coaching via four one-to-one sessions to restore and retain confidence, optimism and resilience.

You’ll also have access to specialised menopause resources and support.

All you need is to do is meet the criteria at the top of this advert and be able to commit to accessing all of the workshops and coaching sessions via Zoom.  All activities will take place across February and March 2021 with precise dates to be confirmed.

Places on Return with Resilience are strictly limited apply now to be considered. If you don’t have a CV (or an up-to-date one), a letter of application describing your experience and why you believe you’re a good fit for this programme is absolutely fine.

The application window is now open so please click apply today!
