L&Q are looking for an experienced carpenter to join the fire management repairs team within Direct Maintenance.

Covering the South Regions - Including Lewisham, Thames, Bromley, Elephant and Castle and Croydon and surrounding areas.

The role is to provide a customer focused Fire Management Repairs and Maintenance service across L&Q’s properties and communal areas whilst putting safety first.

The role will report to a Fire Maintenance Supervisor and to carry out, works as instructed. Whilst meeting L&Q's corporate targets of financial strength and resident satisfaction and deal with the outcomes of Fire Risk Assessment actions in a timely manner.

Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment.  You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
