Title: Team Administrator, Project Management – London  

Contract Type: Permanent
Location:
 Stratford E15 (N.B. Due to COVID19 most of L&Q are currently homeworking)

Salary: £22,738 - 26,000 depending on skills and experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality; relationship focused administrative support services.  They will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, and other stakeholders. They will Support the management of data by; updating systems, communicating and coordinating changes to team members, and archiving documents in a systematic and logical manner.

Specific responsibilities will include; diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, processing invoices, organising training and distributing post.

In order to be successful in this post you will need:

      - Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment
      - To be meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
      - The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
      - Strong organisational and planning skills
      - Good communication skills across various disciplines; phone, email, letter etc
      - Experience of dealing with stakeholders at different levels
      - ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
      - Experience of using MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
