We need a bookkeeper who is proficient at managing a small charity’s day to day finances, using our accounting software (Quickfile) to log all transactions, generate, invoices, manage petty cash etc.  The bookkeeper will also calculate and set up the payroll each month.

As an important member of the office team, carrying out administrative tasks and keeping the busy office running efficiently, we need someone who is interested in people, happy to take telephone enquiries and contact members with dementia and their family carers. She will also be proficient in data inputting, setting up spreadsheets, updating our website, formatting documents, producing newsletters, sending group e-mails and mailshots.

The Finance & Admin Assistant will work closely with the Business Support Manager and CEO to support the team's work and to ensure that all financial information is available to support funding applications, grant monitoring and for strategic planning.
