It’s a great time to join the L&Q Foundation’s Independent Lives team, delivering on L&Q’s social mission by providing intensive tenancy support to our most vulnerable residents.. Our tenancy sustainment team provide up to six months of support face to face, online and via telephone to residents at risk of eviction and as team leader you will be responsible for directly managing 10 tenancy sustainment officers alongside our other team leader.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated and resilient, who can lead and motivate their team, manage quantity and quality of delivery, develop relationships across our organisation and with external partners, build team engagement and drive innovation whilst making sure that the fundamentals of delivering the service are in great shape.

You will be an exceptional people manager, focused, professional and pragmatic, and dedicated to building a stand-out team and service. Experience of supporting vulnerable or challenging client groups is essential.
