Job Details
NEXT is a leading retailer dedicated to innovation and excellence. As part of our strategic initiatives, we are undergoing a significant finance transformation, transitioning to Oracle Fusion. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Specialist to support the Change Lead to manage the change efforts and ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion within our Finance function.
About the role
Reporting to the Change Lead, the Change Specialist will support the change management efforts for the finance transformation to Oracle Fusion. The Change Specialist will assist in the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and interventions to facilitate user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion within the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Change Lead in developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and interventions to facilitate user adoption of Oracle Fusion.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the finance transformation.
- Support the development of change communications plans to communicate the vision, objectives and benefits and distribute materials through appropriate channels.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, change champions, and project team members throughout the implementation process.
- Assist in monitoring and measuring change progress, adoption rates and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support the Change Lead in developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to promote buy-in and alignment with the finance transformation goals.
- Assist in promoting change management best practices and methodologies within the organisation. Support knowledge sharing and capacity building initiatives to enhance change management capabilities.
- Coordinate with the Training lead to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to build competency and confidence in using Oracle Fusion.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in change management, organisational development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Professional certification in Prosci change management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
