CRM & Data Analyst

We are looking for a CRM & Data Analyst to join our Finance, Technology and Innovation team.

As our CRM & Data Analyst you will develop and manage projects and data that will enable and inspire more organisations to invest in their people.

You'll be responsible for supporting our CRM, projects and analysing/managing data. This role will require leadership, an eye for detail and a passion for results. We are looking for a professional with a keen interest in data, who can combine analytical skills with strong project and relationship management.

We're committed to investing in developing someone with the attitude, interest and capability to learn for this role - not necessarily someone who ticks every technical box!

What you'll be doing

This is a flexible role with a focus on the core system (CRM) and data analysis and maintenance. Opportunities for supporting project management (using Agile techniques) and business analytics activities are available depending on skillset.

We are looking for someone motivated and curious who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to our data-driven culture to help us realise our ambitions!

Our company's Finance, Technology and Innovation team is all about making things better across the board. And the best part? You'll be doing all of this alongside a fantastic group of colleagues who value flexibility and results over rigid 9- to -5 schedules.

Working as part of a small team and reporting into our Senior CRM and Systems Manager you'll:

  • Design key data sets and provide analysis (including business intelligence report design using Power BI)
  • Support on systems improvements projects depending on your strengths. This could be any of the project management, business analysis & systems testing.
  • Learn about and deliver customisations for our CRM system
  • Over time, become a CRM champion, including delivering training and first line support, helping with user adoption and value from the CRM
  • Identify, understand and communicate customer need to inform ongoing CRM development, ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted and informed of updates, changes and enhancements
  • Support our marketing function in use of our e-marketing tool ClickDimensions

Ideally your skills, experience and qualifications include:

  • Data Enthusiast: If you're excited about data and have a flair for working for it, we want to hear from you.
  • Analytical Thinking: We value your ability to think critically and creatively when solving problems. If you enjoy tackling challenges with a fresh perspective, you'll fit right in.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial. Your knack for spotting inconsistencies will make you an asset to our team.
  • Communication Skills: Can you explain your findings clearly? Collaboration is key, and your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: If you're excited about learning new technologies and embracing fresh methodologies, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.
  • Team player: Whether you're collaborating of working independently, your goal is to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports everyone's success.
  • Tech-Savvy:  You'll be proficient in using office programs. Familiarity with Microsoft suite products, including Dynamics 365/Microsoft CRM & Power BI is especially beneficial.
