About the job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Video Producer to join us based in Manchester. You’ll be part of our in-house Creative Studio, which is made up of talented individuals that offer a mix of creative skillsets from digital campaign creation, videos and photography to documents, illustration and art direction.

As a Video Producer you will have the chance to craft and deliver a variety of stimulating projects. These cover B2B marketing and Employer Brand campaigns, Trade and PR Events, product/tech focused content and in-house business communications.

You’ll have the freedom to interpret complex briefs, owning the filming and editing to create engaging and impactful video content. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do so you’ll have the chance to work with a variety of teams across the business to conceptualise video content from inception to delivery

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience of video production. We’d love to see a portfolio of your work along with your CV if you have one.
  • Passionate about conceptualisation and storyboarding of video concepts in pre-production
  • An in-depth understanding on how to apply different camera and film techniques to fit with the brief and enhance storytelling
  • Proficient in lighting and how this can be applied to a variety of creative styles.
  • Experience of sound recording/mixing
  • Has a good knowledge of editing techniques and how to apply these to content that meets the desired brief
  • Video editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • You have an excellent eye for detail in shot composition.
  • Organise and take ownership of production logistics

It’s a big plus if you have knowledge of After Effects and motion graphic animation but don’t let this put you off applying if you haven’t. We’d still love to hear from you!

We're offering a salary between £27,000 and £32,000 dependent on experience, and a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being.
