Job description
As a member of the Directorate’s Corporate Support team, your main responsibility will be to support the team leader in ensuring the smooth delivery of the Directorate’s core corporate responsibilities, and wider client functions. This will guarantee that the Directorate maintains a high corporate reputation and that targets are met especially in relation to ministerial correspondence, and other time bound activities.
You will provide full Personal Assistant support to members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), with each personal assistant allocated to specific Principals from SMT, as well as additional corporate roles for the wider Directorate staff.

- Providing a full range of Personal Assistant duties to support your principals and to support the other principals when required
- Focusing on inbox management and any other related tasks as appropriate
- Assisting financial needs of the Directorate, by helping to set up and handle Purchase Orders and other financial duties as appropriate
- Assisting managers with recruitment processes within the department
- Processing IT related requests ensuring staff are given appropriate access to various systems

You have excellent communication skills that you can tailor to suit your audience, confidently approaching senior leaders and directors with ease, using these skills to deliver information in a clear and professional manner.
You will need to bring with your willingness to change, using your positive demeanor to work flexibly and achieve objectives.
