The Group Core Cyber Security Programme Delivery team currently has a number of significant programmes underway. This role is an exciting opportunity to join us on our journey, working within our Cyber delivery function managing our Business Analyst team, delivering a wide variety of security capabilities to protect, and secure, a complex and ever evolving environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and develop our Business analysis team including direct line management responsibilities for a global team, recruitment, development, objective setting and quality assessment
  • Facilitate, and create process documentation and workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance.
  • Gather and document requirements, including clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
  • Define and Adhere to BA standards, adjusting as necessary .
  • Manage a highly changeable portfolio of work from multiple inputs and regularly changing priorities, ensuring all appropriate parties are informed of progress
  • Working with the programme leads to deliver the programme outcomes, completing associated status updates and attending governance meetings where required

What you'll bring:

  • You have proven success in leading and mentoring Business Analysts
  • Ideally previous experience in a Business Analyst role, a passion for business analysis and a proactive approach to your learning & development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels across multiple business areas within Sky, Comcast as well as external professional services providers.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and be comfortable questioning the status quo.
  • A collaborative and team player mindset. Demonstrable questioning skills and elicitation techniques.
  • Curiosity, intuition and be well organised. A flexible approach to the types of work assigned, with the ability to progress multiple deliverables simultaneously and a strong desire to succeed.
