As a Senior in Restructuring and insolvency your will be managing case delivery, including pre-appointment AML compliance, case progression, litigation and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a fully compliant manner. This role requires someone who is able to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress. This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties, managing litigation, realising assets and have full responsibility for case progression.

As an experienced case handler you will be expanding on your current skill set as you work and liaising with forensic experts and solicitors on specific issues arising on cases. You will also attend meetings, interviews and court.

In terms of qualifications you will have preferably completed  CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification. Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing complex cases independently.  We are keen to develop you on your career journey, with our support your duties will evolve as you become a mentor to your supporting colleagues with the view to progress into management.
