What you'll do

The Digital Product team own the development and optimisation of our Customer Journeys and the Technology Management Systems that underpin those journeys

• Define the strategic direction of the Chatbot, Community and Social products based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis and insights

• Take ownership of product delivery and in-life management for your product set

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and support teams, such user experience specialists, to optimise existing capabilities as well as creating new ones

• Drive delivery on strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product leads within the service and business operations.

• Understand the business objectives and requirements across Central OTT, local team Operations, Digital, CRM and Technology teams

• Work closely with the technology delivery teams to ensure the best solution is designed to meet the objectives of the business.

• Leverage data, insights and KPIs to make data driven decisions improve the experience and product performance.

• Provide thought leadership to our business stakeholders based on data trends, product landscape change, and industry best practice

• Data Savvy: experience in leveraging data and robust insights to make decisions and recommendations to influence business and product strategy

• Integrity: Willingness to speak up on difficult issues with own opinions, at the same time be humble and be able to ask for help

• Experience: evidence of working as a product owner or lead, ideally with a background which includes exposure to chatbots and social platforms such a peer-to-peer communities

• Strategic thinking: demonstrate an ability to deliver forward looking product proposals and recommendations to stakeholders based on strong business requirements and product capabilities and new solutions
