Recruitment Account Manager. £26k OTE of £40k to £50k. 35 hours a week. Flexible. Home-based. Membership Bespoke
We are a highly successful and expanding niche boutique agency that specialises in placing temporary, permanent, and contract people into membership-based organisations.
Our clients range from large professional bodies, trade association to political parties. We work with a range of different departments and at all levels.
We seek a motivated and highly professional account manager to help us deliver service excellence to our clients.
The 2 business owners both have young families and have build up the company with a family first ethos which means we fully appreciate and understand the challenge of juggling a sometimes demanding job alongside ensuring that your family is happy.
We offer a sensible grown-up approach to working patterns and although will need someone to work core hours we can be flexible.
We currently are experiencing a massive growth phase and a constant stream of live vacancies so there is absolutely no need for direct sales or cold calling
The main duties include
Managing multiple recruitment campaigns
Negotiating with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Sourcing and managing candidates
Liaising with clients to arrange interviews
Coaching people on the interview process
Representing the company at events
Achieving financial targets
We would love to hear from people with account manager backgrounds and/or recruitment experience. This could be in-house, agency, or even HR.
We will set you up with a phone and a laptop and give you guidance and help to learn our sector.
We would then look to introduce you to some key accounts and let you flourish and earn great commission as well as your base salary.

Every day we work with diverse and exciting membership organisations including political parties, regulatory bodies and professional associations. The roles we recruit for in these companies are just as varied and interesting from marketing and finance, through to policy and HR and everything in between.
