We are looking for someone pro-active, ambitious and able to work well with senior members of the firm and communicate well both verbally and in written communications.  You will be joining a small and close knit team who work hard and are focused on delivery. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing and analysing data with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Some good commercial knowledge of core accounting services would be beneficial as you will be involved in helping to identify how we can help engage with our clients and offer them a premier service.

Being really organised is also required; you will be supported and working in a small team, but we will look to you to take ownership of your tasks, deliver on time and be accountable for areas you are responsible for.

The successful candidate will also be working directly with our partners and directors, so being quietly confident, focused on delivery, measured and reliable are also key attributes. Being personable and having the ability to quickly build relationships would also be an advantage.

A good working knowledge of Powerpoint will also be important as you will help out on building proposals for businesses and people we would like to work with, so helping write and build relevant and dynamic proposals will be a core part of the role.

Working within the team you will also use databases to help build target lists and by developing your skills in data analysis you will help refine and structure these target lists to make them meaningful and manageable for our teams.

A willingness to learn a variety of business development skills on the job will be key, and ideally you will have some commercial knowledge to help you identify opportunities for our clients.  Similarly experience using data analysis skills to connect this together, will be useful but not mandatory.  With the right motivation, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your career.
