We are a small consultancy that’s growing rapidly, and we are looking for a part time (3 days a week) Finance Controller. We currently use external support for our finance work and we're at the point where we'd like to bring this in-house.

About us

Good Innovation is the UK’s leading social impact innovation consultancy, working only with organisations that want to do good. We have a vision to positively impact the lives of billions of people. It’s a vision that gets us out of bed in the morning and it’s what fuels our team-driven environment for entrepreneurial minds.

Our mission is to help organisations that want to make a difference do it smarter, faster and with greater impact.

We partner with pioneering charities, purpose-led corporates and social enterprises to build, test and incubate new products, services and collaborations.

We are a diverse team of big thinkers, experienced entrepreneurs and social innovators, and we are proud to be using our skills for good. Our values drive everything we do at Good Innovation. If our values resonate with who you are, what you believe and how you typically like to work, then we may be a great fit for you.

  • Agitate For Change: We constantly look for new ways to do things better. We’re frustrated with the status quo, and feel compelled to continuously challenge ourselves and those around is to be brave and bold.
  • Only Accept Awesome: We know we’re only as good as our last output. We always produce work of the highest quality. We set and constantly raise our own bar so our clients are always blown away by the work we do.
  • Obsess Over Impact: We don’t tick boxes, we make shit happen. We always want the work we do to drive big and lasting change. We know that innovation is nothing without follow-through and it’s often the small dents we make that combine to drive the biggest impact.
  • Work & Win Together: We’ll only make the world a little bit better if we work together. We’re a people business first. We find and nurture relationships with people that share our vision and values and actively reject assholes. We know how to rally others to drive change but we listen as well as lead. We know what it means to be collaborative and facilitate fun and productive working relationships that bring the best out in people.
