As a Assistant Manager in Restructuring and insolvency your will be managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner. This role requires someone who is able to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress. This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties.

As an experienced case handler you will be expanding on your current skill set as you work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases. You will also attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.

In terms of qualifications you will either have completed your CPI Certificate in Insolvency Qualification or want to take it shortly. Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing the more complex cases confidently. You will also be a point of reference for more junior members of staff and also creditors, solicitors and other stake holders in the insolvency process.  We are keen to develop you on your career journey, with our support your duties will evolve as you become a mentor to your supporting colleagues with the view to progress into full management.
