Social Media and Talent Acquisition Projects Partner 
London (Hybrid working)

Scope of the Role 
We have a great opportunity for a skilled individual to play a key supporting role in building and delivering the recruitment attraction strategy through the management of our social media, employer brand content, careers site and recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media:
•    Responsible for the planning of organic and paid social media across our channels, working with internal teams to source content and working with agencies where appropriate
•    Keep in touch with social media trends, industry news and updates to inform our approach to careers social channels

Website:
•    Responsible for the external career’s website, updating and adding new content as appropriate
•    Carry out filming days and photo shoots to gain content for the website and social channels 

Strategy:
•    Responsibility for the social media strategy and how we deliver the Attraction strategy through social and content
•    Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and agency partner to build and execute the attraction strategy

Campaign Management:
•    Support the design and delivery of all peak campaigns including Retail, Travel and Head Office 
•    Ensure all campaigns align to the business master brand/tone of voice and are delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes

Partner Management:
•    Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and brand and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and current tone of voice and brand representation
•    Work with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and HRBPS/ Line Managers to capture business area insight to deliver appropriate marketing solutions

Data:
•    Inform and update the business on the metrics of our recruitment marketing, social media and careers website data, to support with approach and direction of our plans.
•    Use data to optimise our media performance, and influence future approach to market.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of CMS to build and edit website pages
  • Knowledge of recruitment CRM’s
  • Knowledge of recruitment and the talent market
  • Creative, curious and digital approach
  • The ability to use data to interpret candidate behaviour and inform approach to strategic priorities or business challenges
  • Experience using InDesign is desirable
  • Relationship and partner management – ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships and lead key projects.
  • Communication – effective internal and external communication
  • Business savvy – understand the commercial imperative and being able to turn it into action
  • Resilient in approach and able to influence across business area to deliver the most effective solution
  • The ability to use data to interpret candidate behaviour and inform approach to strategic priorities or business challenges
  • Experience across social media channels, including channel set activation, strategising and planning of content/campaigns
  • Previous experience working in employer branding or recruitment marketing is desirable but not crucial. An understanding of marketing best practises, tools and technology could be easily transferred, and we’ll teach you the rest!
