An exciting opportunity for a People Relations Partner based either in our Swindon or London office (with hybrid working) to act as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers that have a people related query and management of this end to end.

Scope of the Role & Department:
You will provide best in class advice, highly personalised through multiple channels, connecting with the wider people team and business leaders, you will form part of a team that will service International, High Street & Post Office, Travel and Online services.
You will build strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, people partners and other key stakeholders so that you can understand business priorities. 
You will be a strong communicator, expert in your field, ensuring that policy and processes are understood, co-ordinating colleagues and managers through the processes.
You will have experience in playing a critical role in an employee relations area and able to deliver high-impact interventions that add value.
As a People Relations Partner you will be reporting into the ER Manager and will become part of a talented Advisory team that provides expert advice and guidance on all things related to HR policy and practice.

Essential Skills:
As an important member of the People team, you will have previous experience within a similar role, be a confident communicator and have a ‘can do’ attitude. 
This is a fast paced role, with the opportunity to deal with high volume queries, ranging from supporting welfare, advising on policy, working in partnership with the People teams and working as part of a team to achieve a positive outcome for all involved..
