Job Details

What you'll do:
  • Implement a multi-territory digital data capture strategy for product journeys on our web sites, mobile apps and OTT devices ensuring consistency and ease of use are key factors
  • Work on digital analytics projects relating to data capture working with product teams and technology colleagues alike to ensure to ensure that the correct data is captured in a timely manner
  • Oversee implementation solutions from the ideas stage through to working directly with the development teams to see it become a reality
  • Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders within the Product and Development teams to support delivery of their strategies and objectives.
  • Identify the key decisions and questions for the business areas and develop measurement frameworks to inform both strategic and operational business decisions
  • Work collaboratively within the wider Digital Analytics team across the Sky Group to deliver global solutions with shared approaches, governance and technology and the economies of scale that brings
What you'll bring:
  • Excellent digital data and analytical skills which demonstrate an understanding of both how data is collected and used within a business.
  • A high level of skill in the implementation and use of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (tag manager), Martech tools (e.g. DoubleClick) and/or related applications across web sites, mobile applications and, ideally, OTT devices.
  • The ability to read and write JavaScript and HTML code (C++ is a bonus) and be able to identify, debug and resolve issues.
  • A proven track record of producing and owning technical analytical requirements and specifications and either doing the work yourself or working alongside development teams to explain, review and deliver those requirements while communicating progress to different teams.
  • Strong communication skills with evidence of explaining the value of correct digital data capture to colleagues from a variety of departments and with various levels of seniority.
  • Good project management skills with evidence of prioritising your workload and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept updated about the status of their tasks/projects.

Your office base:Osterley
