Job Details

The Content System Engineering team are a multi-disciplinary team with 8-12 engineers working across our large platforms. We value transparency, accountability, shared responsibility and teamwork. We are looking to hire an Engineer who will be able to bring new ideas, solve problems and make sure our platforms are operating as efficiently as possible.

What you'll do:
  • A dedication to drive continuous improvements and optimisations across our Production & Content Delivery Platforms.
  • Analyse work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, support engineers, software developers and operational staff to support a wide range of systems, workflows and projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a clear logical approach to problem solving.
  • A great teammate and creative thinker, with the ability to work well in a globally distributed cross-functional environment.
  • Design-review solutions to ensure best practices, avoid performance bottlenecks and identify improvements to our workflows.
  • D​efining toolsets and contributing to improvements to process and delivery frameworks.
  • ​ssist in unit testing, performance testing, on-site installations, and application configuration.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in Support, Design and Integration
  • Experience with AWS Infrastructure & Services, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, API's
  • Experience with video/audio codecs and analysis.
  • Experience with MAM/PAM, Transcoding, AutoQC, DRM
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, open and collaborative
