What you'll do:

• Frontline Technology Support for Sky's Executive and VIP community

To support your customers, you will be interacting with platforms/tools such as:

• Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, ECP  

o    Mobile Device Management (Mobile Iron, InTune)  

o    Apple IOS, Mac OS, JAMF  

o    Windows 10 OS, InTune and FFB  

o    Active Directory  

• Azure  

• Audiovisual and collaboration platforms such as Cisco, Crestron, BrightSign, MS Teams

Deskside IT Support: 

o    Repair and Deployment of hotdesk and fixed office setups   

o    Printers  

o    Desktop Work setting management 

Exec Meeting Room Support: 

o    Audio Visual  

o    Video Conferencing  

o    Product Demo's  

• Support of VIPs travelling across Sky Group

• Networks (LAN, WIFI) Support  

What you'll bring:

• Experienced working in a high-pressured environment and communicating with executive-level clients

• Deep understanding of the technology Sky uses with a passion for keeping up to date with the ever-changing tech landscape

• Work collaboratively with cross-company support teams to identify opportunities that support our business objectives

• Ability to see and act upon potential issues, whether they are technical changes, processes or procedural

• You will need to cooperate and manage stakeholders in other teams to achieve your goals which will demand strong interpersonal and influencing skills, political awareness, and personal credibility.

• Cultural awareness, ability to operate across international boundaries 

• Several years of relevant industry experience in a large enterprise company
