Job Details
"We have a fantastic opportunity in our Digital Service team for a Social Delivery Analyst focused on our Social Media platforms. In Digital Service, we're an innovative bunch that pushes technology frontiers and builds capabilities that support our Digital estate as well as other conversational platforms (e.g. Automated Voice Solutions, Chat Bots, SMS and Messaging)." - Channel Development Manager
What you'll do:
- Help with the smooth operation of our social media management platform including administering users, building routing and workflows, testing new releases and functionality, building and analysing reports, maintaining social handles
- Work alongside the Service team and our vendor to drive enhancements and resolve issues
- Support your manager and the Product Owner to achieve the Social Media strategy, this involves delivering key changes and initiatives designed at further improving the customer and advisor experience
- Provide support to our end users in the contact centres
- Become an expert for our Social platforms that those around the business, and our department, turn to for expertise when required
- A great communicator who can build long-lasting relationships to foster collaboration and bring teams together to solve problems
- You'll have an eye for detail to ensure change is well thought through and successfully delivered whilst also being pragmatic in your approach
- An understanding of the digital customer journey with the ability to identify areas to improve the customer experience
- Adaptable and able to rapidly get up to speed with new initiatives and make relevant business connections
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify complex issues for all levels
